By using eSIM Data Hub you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

eSIM Data Hub provides prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as a reseller of eSIM profiles provisioned via eSIM Access. We do not operate any mobile network infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By using our service you confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.

3. Payments

  • All prices are in USD. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency via Paymento.io.
  • Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.
  • Wallet balance top-ups are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices are locked at the time of purchase.

4. eSIM Delivery

eSIM profiles are delivered digitally via QR code immediately after payment confirmation. Delivery to the email address associated with your account or order is included.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: unused eSIMs can be cancelled for a wallet credit; activated eSIMs are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell eSIM profiles or activation codes to third parties.
  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools to scrape pricing or plan data.

7. Service Availability

eSIM coverage, speeds, and availability depend on local network operators and are subject to change. We do not guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted service. Network performance may vary by location.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIM Data Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to loss of connectivity, data, or business. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is owned by eSIM Data Hub. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
