What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built into your device. Instead of a physical card, you download a profile via QR code and get connected instantly — no swapping, no post office.
Which devices are compatible?
Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and many others. Check your device settings under Cellular → Add eSIM to confirm. Your device must also be carrier-unlocked.
How quickly do I receive my eSIM?
Instantly. Once your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain, your QR code is generated and emailed to you within seconds. You can also find it any time in your dashboard under My eSIMs.
When does my plan start?
Your plan starts on first use — not on activation. Scanning the QR code does not start the clock. Data usage begins the moment you connect to a local network at your destination.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Your physical SIM stays active in your device alongside the eSIM. You can still receive calls and SMS on your home number while using eSIM data abroad.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency only — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, BNB, Litecoin, TRON, Solana, and more via Paymento.io. You can also pre-load your wallet and pay instantly for future plans.
Can I top up my plan if I run out of data?
Some plans support top-ups — these are labelled 'Reloadable' on the plan card. For plans that don't support top-ups, you can purchase a new plan at any time.
What happens if I don't use my eSIM?
Each plan has an 'Expires in' window shown on the plan card. If you don't activate the plan within that window after purchase, it will expire. Once activated (first data use), the active days counter starts.
Can I use my eSIM in multiple countries?
Regional plans cover multiple countries and are designed for multi-country travel. Single-country plans work only in the specified country. Check the plan card for coverage details.
My QR code isn't scanning — what do I do?
Make sure you're scanning from a different device or screen. Your phone's camera can't scan a QR code displayed on the same screen. You can also tap 'Enter manually' in your phone's eSIM setup and type in the activation code.
Can I install the same eSIM on multiple devices?
No. Each eSIM profile can only be installed once, on one device. This is a security requirement of the eSIM standard. If you need data on multiple devices, purchase separate plans.
