Unused eSIMs
If you have purchased an eSIM plan and have not yet installed or activated it on any device, you may cancel it from your dashboard (My eSIMs → Manage → Cancel). The full purchase price will be credited back to your wallet balance immediately.
A plan is considered unused when its status is "Ready" — meaning the QR code has been generated but the profile has not been downloaded to any device.
Activated eSIMs
Once an eSIM has been installed on a device (status changes to "In Use" or beyond), it cannot be refunded. This applies regardless of whether any data has been consumed, as the profile has already been provisioned to your device.
Wallet Balance
Crypto top-ups to your wallet balance are non-refundable. Wallet funds can be used to purchase any eSIM plan and will remain available in your account indefinitely.
Failed or Undelivered Orders
In the rare event that an order fails to provision after payment, we will automatically retry delivery. If provisioning ultimately fails, the full order amount will be refunded to your wallet balance within 24 hours. If you paid directly via crypto (not wallet), please contact support.
How to Request a Refund
- For unused eSIMs: cancel directly from your dashboard — no need to contact us.
- For other issues: email support@esimdatahub.com with your order ID.
